To-do List is a simple yet effective task management tool for Windows. Demanding little desktop space and minimizing to the system tray when not required To-do List keeps your tasks always at hand. It's easy to add, delete, edit and re-shuffle. Simple To Do List is an easy tool for planning of your daily life. The program lets everyone who wants to stop wasting time and bring life in order quickly manage everyday tasks with help of prioritized to-do list.

Notes management (made because a 'to do.txt' file was not enough).

When creating a new to-do list, or editing an existing to-do list, you can add a description that will appear at the top of the list on that list's page. This is useful for providing some additional context or details that aren't covered by the name of the list. The one I really want is to be able to view TODO's assigned to "Anyone" or to a particular company from the Dashboard TODO list. Team To Do List - Organize daily work of your workgroup members.

There are three things I would really like to see as To Do features:

1. Being able to select a bunch of items whilst editing a list and assign responsibility in one go.

2. Also, whilst editing a list, being able to select a bunch of items and create a new list or add them to an existing one. This is particularly useful when using lists to group together items for a particular build and milestone. Items that don't make it to the final cut can then be split off. Also, sometimes I just want to arrange my to do items in a different way.

3. A related suggestion is that whilst I often don't want my lists to be private, I don't necessarily want clients messing around and adding something to them. It would be nice if the client can create their own lists of items but not be able to add items to mine. I would then have the ability to move items

I do have a small request, and that is, if the "Edit" a To Do list screen could have a few blank spots, possibly hidden until needed if that's not too hard, for adding new items. Often when I edit a list, I want to split an item into two items, or delete one item but add two more. It's a small but frequent situation where I have to modify the item on one page, but then I have to go to another page to add a new To Do item.
