It is a 2-player game. This game follows original Statego rules. A help file is included. The classic game of battlefield strategy. Use memory, cunning and luck to capture your enemy's flag. 2 to 4 Players. Great remake of classic Stratego board game with tons of starting options and different opponents.
Move your flag adjacent to your ally's flag on the battlefield. "Unite" them
and you win! You'll confer in secret with your ally before play begins, then
attempt to execute your strategy on the field of battle.
You control Generals and Marshals, Spies, Cavalry, Cannons and Soldiers. Only
you know the identity of your pieces before the battle begins. As the armies
clash, pieces are revealed and only the strongest survives! The suspense builds
as you charge through the opponents' armies and escort your vulnerable flag
towards your ally. Unite your flags (or capture both opposing flags) and you
win!
Originally, this game was made for the C++ lessons at E.S.I. So it is available here only for educational purpose, and is only in French.
A harsh and lonely battlefield is the setting for the Stratego board game. A removable fortress barrier sequesters your army from prying eyes whilst prepare yourselves for a most lengthy and glorious conflict. Utmost care must be taken as you place your men. The Stratego game is a board game where one player battle against the computer using his mind and logic.
From the lowliest scout to the highest-ranking marshal, all must make ready
to encounter enemy bombs, defend the flag, and steel themselves to triumph over
the foe. Skillful planning, a keen memory, and sleight of hand will be your
allies. Spanish and English instructions are included. Stratego is for two
players.
Stratego is a unique blend of strategy, memorization, and unit management. In
the standard game, each side of the battlefield (composed of ten squares by ten
squares) is populated by an army consisting of quasi-European military units
circa 1820. The pieces on the battlefield give the impression of toy soldiers
marching off to war. Before the game begins, each player secretly places his
units so that when combat is initiated, the outcome becomes apparent only after
the pieces in conflict are revealed.
